摘要
为优化传统施工管理模式在施工安全管理中的部分重点及难点问题,以广州某国际校区工程项目实际为例,针对BIM技术在混凝土预制装配式建筑施工安全管理中的优势和重点难点方面与传统施工管理模式进行对比分析,并针对重点难点之处提出改进措施,主要是通过采用先进的技术软件、管理平台及创新的项目管理模式,推行智慧工程管理,提出了解决问题的办法和措施,可为后续二期工程和类似项目提供宝贵的经验参考。
In order to optimize some of the key points and difficulties of traditional construction management modes in construction safety management,taking an engineering project of an international school in Guangzhou as an example,the advantages and key difficulties of BIM technology in construction safety management of prefabricated prefabricated buildings are compared with the traditional aspects.The construction management mode is compared and analyzed,and improvement measures are proposed for the key and difficult points,mainly through the use of advanced technology software,management platform and innovative project management mode,the implementation of smart project management,and proposed methods and measures to solve the problem.Provide valuable experience reference for subsequent second-phase projects and similar projects.
