摘要
随着我国经济和社会的不断发展,环保问题愈来愈受到人们的重视,海洋生态环境的重要性显得尤为突出。污水排海管项目施工周期短,施工阶段项目管控须提前谋划、加强沟通。基于此,结合集美排海管管控经验从代建角度着重对施工阶段管控要点进行简单的介绍。
With the continuous development of our country’s economy and society, environmental protection has been paid more and more attention, and the importance of marine ecological environment is particularly prominent. The construction period of the sewage disposal pipeline project is short, and the project management and control in the construction phase must be planned in advance and communication must be strengthened. Based on this, combined with Jimei’s management and control experience of sea outfall, the key points of management and control in the construction phase are briefly introduced from the perspective of agent construction.
