摘要
在大众创业的时代背景下,农民工创业呈现出良好的发展态势,但创业成功率低、创业风险大的现实不容忽视。根据现有监测数据,从受教育程度、社会关系、工作经历、经济风险抵抗力及创业环境五个方面剖析农民工创业的风险影响因素及其形成路径。并有针对性地提出加强自我学习、突破视野局限及建立农民工创业服务平台等个人和政府协同努力的风险防范对策。
Under the background of the mass entrepreneurship,the migrant workers'entrepreneurship shows a good development trend,but the reality can not be ignored that the success rate of entrepreneurship is low and the risk of entrepreneurship is high.According to the existing monitoring data,the risk influencing factors and its formation path of migrant workers are analyzed from five aspects:education level,social relations,work experience,economic risk resistance and entrepreneurial environment.Such risk prevention countermeasures are put forward for the government and individuals to make concerted efforts as strengthening self-learning,breaking through the limitation of vision,and setting up a service platform for migrant workers'entrepreneurship.
