摘要
新时代党和国家对高校教师党建提出更高要求,进一步提升高校院系教工党支部建设工作质量迫在眉睫。当前,院系教工党建面临支部政治功能弱化、党建工作模式单一、支委班子不强不齐、制度不全落实不力等问题。制约院系教工党建质量提升的主要原因在于党建质量意识淡薄,党建质量标准体系缺失、党建质量责任体系缺少、长效机制缺位。提升高校院系教工党建质量,需要基层党组织树立科学正确的党建质量观、确保落实落细党建目标任务、建立"三位一体"党建工作责任制、强化院系教工党建制度保障。
Improving the quality of teachers’ Party construction is the higher requirement of the Chinese Communist Party and central government in the new era. Therefore, further enhancing the quality of teachers’ Party branch construction is imminent.At present, we have issues of weakening of political functions of basic Party branches, single working mode of basic unit Party building, filling up of members of the leading group incompletely, and the imperfect system and poor implementation of the measures. It becomes a stumbling block and restricts the improvement of the quality of teachers’ Party construction. Analysis of the reasons is that the quality of Party construction consciousness is weak, the standards system is missing, the responsibility system is inadequate and the lasting effect mechanism is absent. To enhance the quality of teachers’ Party branch construction, we need to establish a scientific and correct quality concept of Party construction in grass-roots Party organizations, ensure the implementation of the target and task for the Party building, form the "Trinity" Party building responsibility system, and strengthen the guarantee of teachers’ Party building in colleges and departments.
