摘要
目的探讨金匮肾气丸加味联合生物反馈电刺激治疗压力性尿失禁的疗效.方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年1月来本院就诊诊断为压力性尿失禁患者70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组仅接受生物反馈电刺激,治疗组在对照组基础上服用由金匮肾气丸加味组成的中药,比较两组患者治疗前后的肌电位和尿失禁的改善情况.结果治疗前,两组年龄、产次、BMI、分娩方式、肌电位无明显差异(P>0.05).治疗后,治疗组的痊愈率(77.1%)明显高于对照组的有效率(45.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的肌电位[(19.94±2.04)uV]明显高于对照组[(15.11±4.94)uV],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论金匮肾气丸加味联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁优于单纯盆底治疗仪,临床上可以运用金匮肾气丸加味治疗压力性尿失禁.
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Modified Jinguishen Qiwan combined with Biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of pressure urinary incontinence.Methods 70 cases of stress urinary incontinence admitted in our hospital from Jan 2017 to Jan 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the 35 control group and 35 observation group.Control group accepted Biofeedback electrical stimulation,treatment group were treated with ModifiedJinguishen Qiwan,combined with Biofeedback electrical stimulation.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in age,delivery frequency,BMI,mode of delivery and myopotential(P>0.05).After treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group(77.1%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(45.7%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Myopotential of the treatment group[(19.94±2.04)uV]was significantly higher than the control group[(15.11±4.94)uV],with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of Modified Jingiiishen Qiwan combined with Biofeedback electrical stimulation is better than Biofeedback electrical stimulation in treating postpartum stress incontinence.In clinical practice,Modified Jinguishen Qiwan can be widely used to treat stress urinary incontinence.
