摘要
目的:分析国内三甲医院医疗损害纠纷案件的分布特征及赔偿情况,提出防范建议。方法:以10年间的6610例医疗损害纠纷案件为研究对象,摘取结案年份、纠纷科室、赔偿金额、医方承担责任、患方损害原因及损害程度信息,进行回顾性统计描述。结果:10年来,医疗损害纠纷案件数量增加;纠纷诉讼高发科室为骨科(11.5%)、妇产科(9.6%)和急诊科(9.2%)。最常见损害原因是医疗技术损害(77.8%),医方赔偿率为76.9%。结论:做好骨科、妇产科、急诊科等高风险专科纠纷管理工作,持续提升医疗质量,建立纠纷系统预防机制,进而保障患者安全。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of medical disputes in Grade III Leve 1 hospitals,Methods:A retrospective descriptive statistical analysis was conducted for the judgments totaling 4380 cases of medical damage liability disputes in tertiary hospitals during the last decade across the country.This analysis included the specialties involved,compensation,liability judgment,contributing factors and other information.Results:The top three specialties involved with most disputes were orthopedics(11.5%),gynecology and obstetrics(9.6%),and emergency medicine(9.2%).Most of the reported injury was fatal(45.4%),and the medical technology problem was the most common type of injuries(77.8%).76.9%of the cases received monetary compensation.Conclusions:In order to prevent medical disputes and promote patient safety,it is essential to take precautions against high-risk specialties,continue to improve the quality of care,and establish systematic prevention mechanism.
