关于HXD1型机车蓄电池亏电及控制回路改造方案设计

摘要 对HXD1型(新八轴)电力机车110V蓄电池控制回路原理进行分析以及机车线上运用及整备作业中发生蓄电池亏电的故障进行归纳研究。在原有的蓄电池控制回路中进行技术改进,保证机车线上安全运行,提高库内作业意外亏电应急处理能力。具体介绍改进方案。 This paper analyzes the principle of 110 V battery control circuit of HXD1(new eight axle) electric locomotive, and sums up and studies the failure of battery power loss in locomotive line operation and servicing operation. Technical improvement is made in the original battery control circuit to ensure the safe operation of the locomotive line and improve the emergency handling capacity for unexpected power loss of the operation in the depot. Introduce the improvement plan in detail.
