摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在良性前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2010年1月~2018年6月我院收治的良性前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者47例,患者均接受手术治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照护理方式分为对照组(23例,常规护理干预)和试验组(24例,临床护理路径),比较两组恢复情况、护理满意度、复发情况和并发症。结果两组患者护理前国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流速(Qmax)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组IPSS评分均降低,Qmax均增大,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的73.91%,试验组复发率、感染发生率、排尿困难发生率分别为8.33%、4.17%、4.17%,均低于对照组的34.78%、26.09%、30.43%(P<0.05)。结论在良性前列腺增生合并腹股沟疝患者围手术期护理中,采用临床护理路径有利于患者恢复,应用价值较高,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of clinical nursing pathway(CNP) in the perioperative period of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with inguinal hernia. Methods 47 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to June 2018 were enrolled. All patients underwent surgical treatment. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and they were grouped according to the nursing method, including control group(n=23) treated with routine nursing intervention and experimental group(n =24) treated with clinical nursing pathway. The recovery, nursing satisfaction, recurrence and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the international prostate symptom score(IPSS) and maximum urine flow rate(Qmax) between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After the nursing, the IPSS scores of both groups decreased and Qmax of both groups increased, and that of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.83%,higher than that of the control group(73.91%). The recurrence rate, infection rate and dysuria incidence rate of the experimental group were 8.33%, 4.17% and 4.17%, respectively, which was lower than that in the control group(34.78%,26.09% and 30.43%)(P <0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with inguinal hernia, the clinical nursing pathway is conducive to patient recovery and has high application value. It is worth learning.
