摘要
目的探究延续性护理干预对心房颤动病人华法林抗凝治疗的影响。方法将2015年1月-2017年1月在我院接受华法林抗凝治疗的60例心房颤动患者作为研究对象,并给予随机分组,对照组30例,给予常规护理;干预组30例,给予延续性护理,对两组患者治疗依从性以及护理满意度进行综合评价。结果干预组患者护理后的遵医、饮食控制及定期复诊等依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;且干预组治疗后有28例患者表示满意,占93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,两组差异较大(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论延续性护理在心房颤动患者华法林抗凝治疗中的应用,能够增强患者的治疗依从性,患者的满意度高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on warfarin anticoagulation therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods 60 patients with atrial fibrillation who received warfarin anticoagulation therapy in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and 30 patients in the intervention group were given continuous nursing.The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated comprehensively.Results Compliance of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance.After treatment,28 patients in the intervention group expressed satisfaction,accounting for 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 70.0%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous nursing in warfarin anticoagulation therapy for patients with atrial fibrillation can enhance the treatment compliance of patients with high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
