摘要
综合分析慢性病的健康管理对患者医保费用、医保基金持续发展、医院医保管理等方面的意义,并提出构建慢性病信息库、慢性病数据动态监测、健康宣教等多项慢性病健康管理措施,以促进慢性病人群健康管理能力提升,提高患者生活质量,从而降低慢性病患者医保费用的支出,并进一步发挥医保资金效益,进一步促进健康中国建设.
TO comprehensively analyze the health management of chronic diseases on the patient's health care costs,health care fund sustainable development,hospital health care management and other aspects of significance,in order to improve the health management ability and improve the quality of life of chronic patients,the paper also puts forward several measures to construct chronic health management such as chronic disease information base,chronic disease data dynamic monitoring,health education and so on,this will reduce the cost of medical insurance for patients with chronic diseases and further give full play to the benefits of medical insurance funds,to further promote the construction of healthy China.
