摘要
目的:观察健康教育在老年糖尿病患者生活方式及血糖控制中的应用效果.方法:2013年5月-2018年5月收治老年糖尿病患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例.对照组予以常规治疗+随机一般指导;试验组予以常规治疗+系统健康教育.对比两组患者生活方式改善情况及血糖控制水平.结果:试验组患者药物依从率、饮食控制率及自我监测率均优于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白等指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在老年糖尿病患者管理中予以健康教育,不仅能够提高患者对糖尿病的认识、改善生活习惯,且可有效控制血糖水平.
Objective:To explore the application effect of health education on life style and blood glucose control of elderly diabetic patients.Methods:From May 2013 to May 2018,200 elderly diabetic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 100 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment plus random general guidance;the experimental group was given routine treatment plus systematic health education.We compared the lifestyle improvement and blood glucose control between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the drug compliance rate,diet control rate and self-monitoring rate of patients were better than those in the control group,and the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education in the management of elderly patients with diabetes can not only improve their understanding of diabetes,improve their living habits,but also effectively control their blood sugar level.
