摘要
目的:探究经尿道等离子切除术治疗良性前列腺增生合并前列腺结石的临床效果.方法:2017年12月-2018年12月收治良性前列腺增生合并前列腺结石患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例.研究组实施经尿道等离子切除术治疗;对照组实施传统手术治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:研究组术中出血量、留管时间和住院时间均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:采用经尿道等离子切除术治疗良性前列腺增生合并前列腺结石,患者出血量少,术后恢复速度快.
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transurethral plasma resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with prostatic calculi.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostatic calculi were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 35 cases in each.The study group was treated with transurethral plasma resection,while the control group was treated with traditional surgery.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,retention time and hospitalization time were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral plasma resection is used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with prostatic calculi,the amount of bleeding is small and the recovery rate is fast.
