摘要
目的了解护理大专学生(简称大专护生)在三阶梯临床见习中的真实感受和内心体验。方法采用质性研究中的内容分析法对40名大专护生的118篇反思日记进行分析。结果提炼出专业发展、个人发展、专业学习方面的三个主题:从陌生到适应、充实与期待、反思与鞭策。结论由反思日记分析得出,三阶梯临床见习对大专护生的专业发展、个人发展、专业学习等方面都有启示作用。
Objective To understand the true feelings and inner experiences of college nursing students after the three-step clinical probation.Methods A total of 118 reflection journals of 40 college nursing students were analyzed by qualitative content analysis.Results Three themes about professional development,personal development,and professional learning were refined:unfamiliarity to adaptation,enrichment and expectation,reflection and self-flagellation.Conclusion By the analysis of reflective journals,the three-step clinical probation has implications for the professional development,personal development,and professional learning of college nursing students.
