摘要
目的观察三黄凝胶联合加味温胆汤加减治疗痰热瘀结型寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法将68例痰热瘀结型寻常性痤疮患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各34例。对照组单纯采用加味温胆汤加减治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上外用三黄凝胶治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后皮损积分。结果2组治疗后皮损积分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组作用更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组总有效率为81.25%,治疗组为93.93%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三黄凝胶联合加味温胆汤加减治疗痰热瘀结型寻常性痤疮临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang Ningjiao(三黄凝胶)combined with modified Jiawei Wendan Tang(加味温胆汤)in the treatment of common acne with phlegm-heat stagnation accumulating type.Methods Sixty-eight cases of common acne with phlegm-heat stagnation accumulating type were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each.The control group was given modified Jiawei Wendan Tang alone,on this basis,the treatment group was given external application of Sanhuang Ningjiao.Four weeks constituted 1 course of treatment for both groups.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy and skin lesion score of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the skin lesion score of the 2 groups both significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same groups before treatment(P<0.01),moreover,the effect was more significant in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the control group was 68.75%,that of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy to use Sanhuang Ningjiao combined with modified Jiawei Wendan Tang in the treatment of common acne with phlegm-heat stagnation accumulating type,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
