摘要
目的:探讨改良噱锁韧带重建术对疗急性RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法:选取2017年3月~2018年3月收治的40例急性RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组20例。对照组行单纯喙肩韧带转位术治疗,实验组采用改良噱锁韧带重建术治疗,比较两组上肢功能和肩关节活动度情况。结果:治疗后,实验组上肢功能评分高于对照组,肩关节活动度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良噱锁韧带重建术治疗急性RockwoodⅢ型肩锁关节脱位,有利于促进患者上肢功能恢复,改善其肩关节活动度。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of modified coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction in the treatment of acute rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018,40 patients with acute rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation were selected as the research object.40 patients were divided into control group and experimental group by table of random digit.There were 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with coracoacromial ligament transposition.The experimental group was treated with modified coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction.The function of upper limb and the mobility of shoulder joints were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the upper limb function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the mobility of shoulder joints was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified coracoclavicular ligament reconstruction in the treatment of acute rockwood Ⅲ acromioclavicular dislocation was beneficial to patient's upper limb functional recovery and the mobility of shoulder.
