摘要
目的:探讨补肾促排汤在多囊卵巢综合征患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年9月-2018年5月单县中医医院收治的86例多囊卵巢综合征患者病例资料,根据治疗方式的不同将所有患者分为两组,各43例。对照组予以西药治疗,观察组采用补肾促排汤治疗,比较两组患者性激素水平及卵巢功能变化情况。结果:两组雌二醇(E2)水平均上升,黄体生成激素(LH)、睾酮(T)均下降,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,同时观察组患者平均卵巢直径(MOD)值大于对照组,窦卵泡计数(AFC)多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾促排汤能够有效降低多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素水平,同时促进卵巢功能改善,临床疗效确切。
Objective:To explore the application value of Bushen Cupai Decoction(补肾促排汤)in the clinical treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:The clinical data of 86 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,all patients were divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Cupai Decoction.The changes of sex hormone levels and ovarian function in the two groups were compared.Results:E2 level increased in both groups,LH and T decreased,and the change range in the observation group was greater than that in the control group.Meanwhile,MOD value in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and AFC was more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Cupai Decoction can effectively reduce the level of sex hormones in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and promote the improvement of ovarian function,which is with definite clinical efficacy.
