摘要
李元文教授从事中医皮肤性病学临床研究30余年,在治疗白癜风时提出了从毒论治的治疗思想。将白癜风的病因归为“内毒”“外毒”致病。并根据这一学术思想,总结出清热解毒,滋补肝肾法;益气解毒,调和气血法,自拟治白方、益气解毒调色汤治疗白癜风。
Professor Li Yuanwen has been engaged in the traditional Chinese medicine clinical study of dermatology for more than 30 years.He puts forward the theory of treatment of vitiligo from the perspective of toxicity.Professor Li holds that internal toxin and external toxin cause vitiligo.According to this academic thought,this paper summarizes the method of clearing away heat and detoxification,nourishing liver and kidney,replenishing qi and detoxification,reconciling qi and blood.Professor Li prescribes Zhibai Formula,Yiqi Jiedu Tiaose Decoction(益气解毒调色汤)in the treatment of vitiligo.
