摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫切口妊娠的临床应用价值。方法方便选择该院于2016年9月—2018年9月期间收治的经彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫切口妊娠患者52例作为研究资料,依据超声检测方法分组,其中经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测为观察组,共32例,经腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测为对照组,共20例,回顾性分析两种超声诊断方法的准确率,声像图特征等,以判断彩色多普勒超声诊断的应用价值。结果经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断93.75%显著高于经腹部超声诊断准确率70.00%(χ^2=5.330,P<0.05)。结论在子宫切口妊娠诊断中采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声与经腹部超声相比可进一步提高准确率,减少误诊率,且获得详细的声像图信息,为治疗提供可靠的依据,诊断价值较高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy.Methods A total of 52 patients with uterine incision pregnancy diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound were enrolled in the hospital from September 2016 to September 2018.The data were convenient divided according to the method of ultrasound detection.The diagnosis of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was performed.The instrument was detected as an observation group,a total of 32 cases were detected by the abdominal color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus as a control group,a total of 20 cases,retrospective analysis of the accuracy of the two ultrasound diagnostic methods,sonographic features,etc.,to judge the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis application value.Results 93.75%of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was significantly higher than 70.00%of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis(χ^2=5.330,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy can further improve the accuracy,reduce the rate of misdiagnosis,and obtain detailed sonographic information,providing a reliable basis for treatment,higher diagnostic value,worth promoting.
