摘要
文章从培训内容、培训周期、培训方法、考核方法、培训效果等方面综述了《新入职护士规范化培训大纲》的落实情况,从稳定护理队伍、培训内容、培训质量、师资等方面指出了规范化培训期间存在的问题,并提出展望,包括改善职业环境、完善培训内容、建立及完善相关体制机制和加强师资队伍建设,为完善新入职护士规范化培训方案提供依据。
The paper introduced the current situation of standardized training for new nurses from the aspects of training content,training cycle,training method,assessment mode and training effect,summarized the problems existing in the standardized training from the aspects of stable nursing team,training content,training quality and teachers,and put forward the outlook,including improving the vocational environment,perfecting the training content,establishing and improving the relevant system and mechanism,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff so as to provide the basis for the improvement of the standardized training program for new nurses.
