摘要
肝内胆管细胞癌(ICC)是仅次于肝细胞癌的第二大原发性肝癌。目前在全球范围内该病的发病率正在增加。由于病因复杂,缺乏有效的筛查策略,早期隐匿的临床症状和治疗选择方式的限制使得对于实施ICC的诊断、治疗变得棘手。近年来随着医疗科技的进步和理念的改变,对于ICC早期发现、治疗策略进行了更加积极的探索。本文就当前ICC诊断方法和治疗的进展作一综述。
Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(IC C)is the second prevalent primary liver cancer,next to hepatocellular carcinoma.Epidemiologic studies suggest the morbidity of ICC is on the rise worldwide.Owing to the complex etiology,lack of effective screening methods,the concealment of early clinical symptoms and the limited treatment strategy,it is tough to diagnose to ICC and difficult for further treatment.In recent years,with the development of medical technology and the progress of medical treatment idea,active explorations have been made on the early diagnosis and treatment strategies of ICC.The aim of this narrative review is to summarize the research status relating to diagnostic methods and treatment strategies.
