摘要
中国共产党自建党以来就一直重视青年与青年工作,青年与青年工作也对中国共产党的发展产生了巨大的影响。进入新时代,随着党、团青年工作的逐步推进与深入,中国共产党也越来越重视对青年的教育、培养与启蒙工作。本文回顾了中国共产党的育人理念和青年培养历史,结合当代大学生的青年培养与教育工作实际情况,提出了新时代中国共产党的青年培养路径。
Since the founding of the communist party of China has been attaching importance to youth and youth work, youth and youth work on the development of the communist party of China has had a huge impact. In the new era, with the gradual advance and deepening of the youth work of the party and the youth league, the communist party of China also attaches more and more importance to the education, training and enlightenment of the youth. This paper will make a review of the CPC’s education concept and youth training history, combine the actual situation of youth training and education of contemporary college students, and make some simple opinions on the CPC’s youth training path in the new era.
