摘要
报告在深化教育改革、推进教育现代化的时代背景下,通过对六家教研和培训机构的调研,深入总结分析了与吉林省教育学院功能相近或相同单位和机构在完善自身发展、推进教育现代化进程中的成功经验,结合深入贯彻学习落实习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述和党中央在新时代对教育发展的相关要求和文件精神,得出建议和对策:继续发挥教研支撑作用,为我省基础教育质量全面提升做出新贡献;进一步优化培训,深入推进新时代教师队伍建设;持续推进办学,培养适应经济社会发展和地域发展的急需人才和特色人才;以新理念新机制吸引和用好人才,营造积极进取、追求卓越的氛围;抓实校园文化建设,构建立德树人、教学相长的精神家园;切实推进"互联网+教育"发展,建设面向教育现代化的信息服务体系;将自身打造成为教育智库,为全省教育决策提供依据。
