摘要
目的探究关节镜下应用Endobutton纽扣钢板固定自体肌腱重建膝前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)的临床疗效。方法对本院2015年2月至2018年2月收治的80例ACL损伤患者展开对照研究,按照随机分列表法分为观察组(关节镜下应用Endobutton纽扣钢板固定自体肌腱重建ACL)与对照组(传统保守治疗),各40例,探讨实施不同治疗方法对治疗效果的影响。结果观察组术后2、4、6、12个月膝关节活动范围及膝关节Lysholm评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下应用Endobutton纽扣钢板固定自体肌腱重建应用于ACL损伤患者可显著改善膝关节功能,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of arthroscope-guided Endobutton plate fixation for anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction.Methods 80 ACL injury patients were treated from February 2015 to February 2018 in our hospital was performed.Patients were randomly assigned to observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The observation group took the arthroscope-guided Endobutton plate fixation for ACL reconstruction,the control group took the conservative therapy.The therapeutic effect was probed.Results After 2 months,4 months,6 months and 12 months of surgery,the range of motion and Lysholm scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The arthroscope-guided Endobutton plate fixation for ACL reconstruction can remarkably improve the knee joint function.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
