摘要
目的对比研究精神分裂症女性患者采用阿立哌唑和利培酮分别联合奥氮平方案进行治疗的临床效果,以及对腹部脂肪量及分布情况所产生的影响。方法选择2016年10月至2018年10月在本院接受药物治疗的精神分裂症女性患者104例,采用随机分组的方式分成对照组和治疗组,各52例。对照组采用利培酮联合奥氮平进行治疗,治疗组采用阿立哌唑联合奥氮平进行治疗。比较两组用药治疗前后腹部内脏脂肪面积、腹部皮下脂肪面积、内脏与皮下脂肪比值的控制效果以及药物治疗总有效率、药物不良反应情况、精神状态恢复正常时间和用药总时间。结果治疗组患者用药治疗前后腹部内脏脂肪面积、腹部皮下脂肪面积、内脏与皮下脂肪比值的控制效果优于对照组;药物治疗总有效率达到90.4%,高于对照组的75.0%;药物不良反应仅有3例,少于对照组的10例;精神状态恢复正常时间和用药总时间短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症女性患者采用阿立哌唑联合奥氮平方案进行治疗,可以有效控制腹部脂肪量及分布情况,减少药物不良反应,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗的总有效率。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of aripiprazole and risperidone combined with olanzapine in women with schizophrenia,and the effects on abdominal fat mass and distribution.Methods 104 female patients with schizophrenia who received medical treatment in our hospital from october 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone combined with olanzapine.The treatment group was treated with aripiprazole combined with olanzapine.The control effects of abdominal visceral fat area,abdominal subcutaneous fat area,visceral and subcutaneous fat ratio before and after treatment were compared.The total effective rate of drug treatment,adverse drug reaction,normal time of mental state recovery and total medication time were compared between two groups.Results In the treatment group,the control effect of abdominal visceral fat area,abdominal subcutaneous fat area,visceral and subcutaneous fat ratio before and after treatment was better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of drug treatment reached 90.4%,which was higher than 75.0% of the control group.There were only 3 cases of adverse drug reactions,less than 10 cases of the control group;the time of recovery of mental state and the total time of medication were shorter than that of the control group.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Women with schizophrenia treated with aripiprazole combined with olanzapine can effectively control the amount and distribution of abdominal fat,reduce adverse drug reactions,shorten treatment time,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
