摘要
气排球作为一种轻质柔软的运动器材,在课程教学和实际演练中对学生身体造成的伤害较少,消除了学生运动练习中的紧张情绪,具有良好的群众运动基础.气排球以其特有的魅力和亲和度、良好的健身性与娱乐性赢得了众多高校学子的欢迎.考虑到气排球运动对学生身体素质要求有所降低,学生参与性增强以及技术动作易于把控等有利因素,该运动受到高校体育教师的青睐.以运动竞技科研活动推动项目发展四个方面进行对策性思考.
As a kind of light and soft sports equipment, air volleyball causes less physical harm to students in the course of teaching and practice, which eliminates the tension in sports practice and thus has a good foundation of mass sports. Balloon volleyball, with its unique charm and affinity, good fitness and entertainment, has become popular with many college students. Considering that the requirement of students’ physical quality has been lowered, students’ participation has been enhanced, and technical movements are easy to control, this sport is also favored by college physical education teachers. Four points are proposed to promote the development of sports through scientific research activities.
