摘要
生姜因具有解表散寒、温中止呕、化痰止咳、解鱼蟹毒等药效功能被广泛应用于医药行业,其成分按感官性能特征、抗氧化性能大致可分为姜挥发油、姜辣素及二苯基庚烷类3类,其中姜辣素的药用价值最为显著。本文介绍了生姜有效成分的组成、提取及含量测定方面的研究进展,并针对生姜提取物制定相应的质量标准草案。鉴于目前尚无生姜提取物质量的评价标准,通过建立全面的质量评价体系有效评价生姜提取物的质量,对后续分离纯化、稳定性存储、开发新型饮片等研究提供重要基础和依据。
Ginger has been widely used in the pharmaceutical industry because of that can drive the chills off body,warm spleen,stomach,viscera and other focal parts to play a role in relieving vomiting,phlegm and cough,and relieving fish and crab poison.According to the sensory properties and antioxidant properties,the effective components of ginger can be divided into ginger volatile oil,gingerols,diphenylheptane etc.However,the medicinal value of gingerols is the most significant,This paper introduces the research progress on the composition,extraction and content determination of active ingredients of ginger,and makes corresponding draft quality standard for ginger extract.Due to the lack of evaluation criteria for the quality of ginger extract,evaluate the quality of ginger extract effectively by establishing a comprehensive quality evaluation system can provide important foundation for the study of separation,purification,stability storage and development of new decoction pieces.
