摘要
根据ZME080-A型分体组焊的构架设计过程,介绍了构架设计的载荷及约束条件,介绍了构架主体、梁体、焊缝设计的结构特点及优化思路,并对构架总体及安装座进行强度校核,对构架产品进行疲劳试验验证,意在探究力学特性下的最优焊接及结构优化方案。
According to the ZME080-A type split welding bogie frame design process,this paper introduces the load and constraint condition of the bogie frame designing,introduces the structure characteristics and optimization idea of the frame structure,the beam body and the weld designing,and the main structure and mounting seats strength of the bogie frame have been checked,the strength test of the bogie frame product has been completed.This article aims to explore optimal welding and structural scheme under the mechanics properties.
