摘要
“十三五”期间,河北省优先保障饮用水水源安全,从科学划定水源保护区、开展水源地规范化建设以及科学评估水源地环境管理状况等三方面开展水源地保护工作。结合“十三五”期间河北省水源地保护工作进展、国家和河北省对水源地保护的政策要求、对标水源地保护先进省份水源地保护方向,提出“十四五”期间河北省饮用水水源保护工作主要从水源地保护区划分、监测与环境状况评估、规范化建设和防控水源地环境风险等四个方面开展。
During the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period,Hebei Province gave priority to guara-nteeing the safety of drinking water sources,and carried out water source protection work from three aspects:scientifically delineating water source protection areas,carrying out standardized construction of water source areas,and scientifically assessing the environmental management sta-tus of water source areas.Based on the progress of water source protection in Hebei Province dur-ing the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period,the national and Hebei province's policy requirements for water source protection,and the protection of advanced water sources in the target provinces,this paper proposed that during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,water source protection work in Hebei Province will be mainly carried out from four aspects:the division of water source protection zones,monitoring and environmental condition assessment,standardized construction,and preven-tion and control of environmental risks in water source areas.
