摘要
建立含齿侧间隙、时变啮合刚度、制造误差和安装误差的2K-H行星轮系及复合行星轮系非线性动力学模型后,采取模块化和参数化设计思想,基于C#语言,运用MATLAB动态链接库技术,开发了一套行星轮系动力学特性仿真系统。系统具有良好的人机交互性和可扩展性,集成了2K-H行星轮系及复合行星轮系动力学建模、求解和后处理分析等功能。可通过时间历程曲线、相轨线、Poincare截面等分析方法研究各种不同工况下行星轮系的非线性动态特性;通过各类构件参数对均载特性的影响分析寻求最佳均载性能参数配置。仿真过程操作简便,降低了求解难度,极大地提升了轮系动力学特性分析效率,能够快速准确地为优化行星齿轮传动系统动态特性和均载特性提供理论参考。
After establishing the nonlinear dynamic model of the 2K-H planetary gear train and the composite planetary gear train with tooth-side clearance,time-varying meshing stiffness,manufacturing error and installation error,a dynamic simulation system for planetary gear train is proposed based on C# language and MATLAB dynamic link library technology. It takes modular and parametric design ideas. The system has good man-machine interaction and expandability and integrates the functions of 2K-H planetary gear train and compound planetary gear train dynamics modeling,solving and post-processing analysis. It’s able to investigate the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of planetary gear trains under different working conditions by analysis methods such as time history curve,phase trajectory and Poincare section. And people can also use it to found the gear train parameters through the analysis about the influence of various component parameters on the load sharing characteristics. The simulation system is easy to operate and reduces the solving difficulty,which greatly improves the efficiency of planetary gear train dynamics analysis and it can provide a theoretical reference for optimizing the dynamic characteristics and load sharing characteristics of planetary gear transmission system.
