摘要
目的:探讨复方益糖康联合前列腺素E1对2型糖尿病下肢动脉粥样硬化病变气阴两虚兼痰瘀互结证的疗效以及成纤维细胞生长因子-21(FGF-21)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平的影响。方法:选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的2型糖尿病下肢动脉粥样硬化性病变患者112例按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组采用前列地尔注射液静脉滴注,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方益糖康每日1剂,每日2次,2组治疗8周,并比较2组血糖水平、踝肱指数(ABI)、中医证候评分、疗效、血管内皮功能以及血清FGF-21和FFA水平。结果:治疗8周后:观察组血糖水平、Hb A1C、中医证候评分显著低于对照组及ABI明显高于对照组,观察组总有效率(92.86%)明显高于对照组,观察组血管内皮功能指标、FFA水平显著低于而FGF-21水平明显高于对照组。结论:复方益糖康联合前列腺素E1治疗2型糖尿病下肢动脉粥样硬化病变气阴两虚兼脉络瘀阻证疗效明显,且可调节血清FGF-21和FFA水平。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of compound Yitangkang combined with Prostaglandin E1 in treating2 type diabetes lower limb artherosclerosis cases with syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis and its effect on levels of fibroblast growth factor-21(FGF-21)and free fatty acid(FFA).Methods:2 type diabetes lower limb artherosclerosis cases were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into the control group(56 cases)and the observation group(56 cases)referring to the random number table.Cases in the control group were treated with intravenous infusion of alprostadil injection.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with the compound Yitangkang(1 dose/d and bid).Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Blood glucose,ankle-brachial index(ABI),score of traditional Chinese medicine,the efficacy,and vascular endothelial function,and serum levels of FGF-21 and FFA were compared between the two groups.Results:After 8 weeks’treatment,Blood glucose and scores of traditional Chinese medicine of syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis were obviously lower,while ABI was higher,than those in the control group.The total efficacy rate of the observation group(92.86%)was obviously higher than the control group after8 weeks’treatment.After 8 weeks’treatment,vascular endothelial function and FFA in the observation group were obviously lower,while FGF-21 was higher,than the control group.Conclusion:The efficacy of compound Yitangkang combined with Prostaglandin E1 in treating 2 type diabetes lower limb artherosclerosis cases with syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis is significant,and can regulate the levels of FGF-21 and FFA.
