摘要
提高青少年体育参与和改善青少年体质健康,已成为当前我国教育改革必须解决的难题。体医融合是基于健康中国国家战略提出的新健康服务模式,将为青少年体质健康促进的路径选择提供新思路。基于体医融合背景,采用文献研究与逻辑分析等方法,主要从青少年个体及周围环境出发,积极利用体医融合理念探讨我国青少年体质健康的促进路径,即:强化青少年个体健康自律行为;倡导家庭对青少年健康行为的引导与监督;明确学校促进青少年体质健康的目标和任务;搭建社会服务于青少年体质健康促进平台;优化政府顶层设计,形成“五位一体”的联动发展机制。
It has become a difficult problem that must be solved in China's current education reform to improve the participation of Adolescents in sports and their physical health.Physical medicine Integration services is a new health service model based on the national strategy of healthy China,which will provide new ideas for the path selection of adolescent physical health promotion.Based on the background of Physical medicine Integration science,literature research and logical analysis are used to explore the path to promote the health of adolescents in our country,mainly from Adolescent's individual and the surrounding environment,actively using the concept of integration of Physical medicine Integration to explore the path to promote the physical health of young people in China.That is:to strengthen adolescent's individual health self-discipline behavior,to advocate family guidance and supervision of adolescent's health behavior,to define the goals and tasks of schools in promoting adolescent's physical health,to set up a platform for social services to promote adolescent's physical health,to optimize the top-level design of the government,and to form a“five-in-one”linkage development mechanism.
