摘要
移动机器人技术融合了计算机技术、人工智能、网络技术等,近年来发展迅速,在火电厂也有许多应用,应用范围覆盖了点巡检、主辅机关键部件劣化评估与预测性维护等方面,为智慧电站的建设提供了重要基础。简要介绍了移动机器人技术的主要进展和国内火电厂机器人技术的应用现状,并梳理分析了火电厂机器人应用在移动平台、自主导航、检测技术和多机器人联合管理平台方面的关键技术,以及未来的发展趋势。
Mobile robot technology integrates computer technology, artificial intelligence, network technology, etc., has developed rapidly in recent years. There are also many applications in thermal power plants, such as point inspection, degradation assessment of key parts of major equipments and predictive maintenance, etc., to realize intelligent inspection of thermal power plants. And intelligent detection is an important foundation for the construction of smart power stations. The main progress of mobile robot technology and the application status of robot technology in thermal power plants in China are briefly introduced. The key technologies of mobile power plant robots in mobile platforms, autonomous navigation, detection technology, and multi-robot joint management platforms are analyzed, as well as future development trends.
