摘要
胶体金免疫层析技术具有操作简单、价格低廉、特异性和灵敏度较高、肉眼易判断、检测时间短等特点,非常适合用于食品安全现场快速检测。本文从动物源性食品及植物源性食品两方面,对利用胶体金免疫层析技术进行食品安全基层监管以及食品企业原料现场快速检测应用研究进行了综述,并对胶体金免疫层析技术应用发展进行了展望。
Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay has the characteristics of simple operation,low price,high specificity and sensitivity,easy judgment by the naked eye,and short detection time.It is very suitable for on-site rapid detection of food safety.This article reviewed the research on the application of colloidal gold immunochromatography assay for primary supervision of food safety and on-site rapid detection of raw materials of food companies from animal-derived food and plant-derived food.The application development of colloidal gold immunochromatography assay was prospected.
