摘要
和平方舟"和谐使命"系列任务是中国"构建人类命运共同体"大国外交战略的重要组成部分,海上医院担负着"医疗外交"的特殊使命,面对到访地区复杂多变的医疗需求,高效有序的预检分诊是确保医疗服务质量和安全的重要关口。模式化预检分诊提供一种兼具灵活性和稳定性的实施方案,在海上医院海外医疗服务过程中显示出良好的效果,平稳快速分流病员的特点使其在驻地医疗巡诊、战时伤员分类救治以及灾难医学救援中具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
The series of Mission Harmony carried out by Peace Ark hospital ship are important components of our national diplomatic strategies for building a community of shared future.Taking the special responsibility of medical diplomacy and facing the complicated medical demands in the visiting countries and regions,the preliminary examination and triage,which is efficient and well-organized,guarantees the quality and safety of oversea medical services.We performed a preliminary examination and triage mode during the Mission Harmony-2018 and had achieved satisfactory outcomes.With the advantages of flexibility and stability,this programmed scheme can also be applied in itinerant medical service among garrisons,classified treatment for battlefield injuries and disaster medical assistance.
