摘要
目前微课影响着高校教师的教学方式,悄然改变着学生的学习方式。高校教师以学生的学习为中心来制作微课资源(产),以满足学生的"学"为半径融合高校教师的"教"实现微课教学(学),并从中不断总结与反馈教学效果以推动高校教师专业能力的发展(研)。因此在高校微课教学下,教师业务发展模式是创建一个以微课教学媒体条件下的教研一体化、互相学习交流、共同成长的高校教师产学研培养模式,以深入研究实施微课教学,设计开发微课资源,让高校教师在微课教学中,边教边学边研讨,以研促教、以研促学、以研促自我专业成长的积极自律培养模式。
At present,micro teaching has its unique charm in the field of education,affecting the teaching methods of teachers,and changing the way students learn.Teachers in Colleges and universities according to the learner as the center to make micro class resources(This is production),so as to meet the needs of learners for teachers to realize the integration of the radius of the micro teaching(This is learning),and constantly sum up and feedback from the teaching effect,so as to promote the development of teachers'professional ability(This is study).Therefore,teachers in Colleges and universities to explore and research integration,to create a micro teaching media under the condition of mutual learning exchanges and common development of university teachers and research training mode,the implementation of micro teaching in the research,design and development of micro class resources,let teachers in micro teaching while learning research,in order to promote research and teaching in some research,to study and promote positive discipline self-professional development training mode.
