摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为我国地市级电子政务微信平台建设提供借鉴。[方法/过程]采用网络调查的方法,结合推文内容、民生关注热点、平台留言内容等数据,从信息质量、宣传推广、交流互动、业务办理4个方面对“信阳阳光村务”微信平台的整体运行现状及其存在的问题进行分析。[结果/结论]提出拓宽信息渠道、开展群众信息素养教育、提高互动效率、增设业务办理渠道等对策建议,以持续助力政府的创新发展。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for prefecture-level e-government WeChat platform constructed in China.[Method/process]The paper uses the method of online survey,combines with the data including push content,the livelihood of the people concerned hotspot and platform message content,analyzes the overall operation status and existing problems of“Xinyang Sunshine Village Affairs”WeChat platform from the four aspects of information quality,promotion,interaction,affairs processing.[Result/conclusion]The paper proposes suggestions,including broadening information channels,developing mass information literacy education,improving interaction efficiency,and adding business processing channels to sustain the innovation and development of the government.
