摘要 本文采用2种方法同时测定低、中、高3个浓度的水样,以此比较2种方法的优缺点和适用范围。经实验测定可知,重铬酸盐法测定3个浓度水样的相对标准偏差(RSD)值分别为:2.0%、1.8%、1.2%,均具有良好的精密度;快速分光光度法测定3个浓度的水样的RSD值分别为:9.2%、1.7%、1.0%。可以看出低浓度的水样检测结果准确度偏差大,但中、高浓度水样的检测均具有很好的重现性。因此,重铬酸盐法在一般情况下适用于不同浓度的水样检测,但快速分光光度法相较于重铬酸盐法分析时间短、取样量少、试剂用量少、且危险系数较低等优势,在中、高浓度水样的大批量检测当中值得推荐。 This paper employs two methods to simultaneously determine the low,medium and high concentration of water samples to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.According to the experimental measurement,the RSD values of the three concentrations of water samples measured by the dichromate method are:2.0%,1.8%,and 1.2%,all with good precision.However,the RSD values of the three concentrations of water samples measured by the rapid spectrophotometry are 9.2%,1.7%,and 1.0%,respectively.It can be seen that the accuracy of the water samples at low concentrations has a large deviation.But,the detection of medium and high concentration water samples has good reproducibility.Therefore,the dichromate method is generally applicable to the detection of water samples with different concentrations,yet the fast spectrophotometric has a shorter analysis time,less sampling amount,less reagent amount,and lower risk coefficient than the dichromate.It is recommended for large-scale detection of medium and high concentration water samples.
