摘要
为了研究导致复飞过程中发生事故的飞行员差错,分别利用HTA理论和HET理论对复飞的标准操作程序进行分解以及对常见的飞行员差错类型/模式进行归纳整理,构建HTA-HET数据统计表,并从有关复飞事故的调查报告中统计飞行员差错的客观数据,得到飞行员差错的客观分析结果。最后与Wen-chin Li利用同样的理论得到的飞行员差错的主观分析结果进行对照分析。结果表明:客观和主观两种分析结果所得到的飞行员差错及其差错类型/模式都有所区别。
To study the pilot error that led to the accident during the go-around,the standard operating procedures of go-around are split and the common type/model of pilot errors are put together respectively based on the theory of the HTA and HET theory,and the table of HTA-HET data statistics is built,therefore the objective analysis results of pilot errors are obtained from the objective data of pilot errors of the investigation report of the go-around accident.Finally by contrast analysis with the subjective analysis results from Wen-chin Li with the same theory,the analysis results show that there are differences between objective and subjective analysis results in pilot errors and error types/modes.
