摘要
高渗透率主动配电网对信息系统产生深度依赖,为降低通信故障下电网状态的状态波动,该文提出一种主动配电网分布式电源应急运行策略优化方法。首先,考虑通信故障对主动配电网运行状态影响的可能性和后果,提出基于结构修正的状态脆弱性的综合表征方法。以综合脆弱性最小为目标,建立通信故障下分布式电源与储能离线运行策略的优化模型,并基于自适应聚类算法典型场景集和改进智能单粒子算法进行模型求解。算例结果表明,通信故障下分布式能源采用离线上限受控下的注入策略,可以有效降低系统的运行脆弱性,为主动配电网的安全运行提供了新的思路。
Active distribution network with high penetration rate of distributed generations appears a heavy dependence on the communication system.To decrease the fluctuations of system operation under communication system failure,the contingency operation strategy for distributed generations and energy storage system in active distribution network was proposed.In this paper,the probability of communication system failure and its impact on distribution network operation was analyzed to establish the characteristic of operational vulnerability considering the feature of the network structure.Further,the contingency operation strategy for distributed generations and energy storage systems were presented with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive vulnerability.The typical scene sets of ISODATA clustering and the improved single particle intelligent algorithm were introduced to achieve optimal strategy search.The case study shows that distributed energy resources adopting the offline operation strategy can efficiently decrease the vulnerability of system.The research result provides a novel idea for the safe operation of active distribution network under faults.
