摘要
主题公园是一种新兴的旅游业态,有效突破了传统旅游资源的开发模式.运用网络语义分析法,基于携程网平台大数据,对国家AAAAA级芜湖方特主题公园旅游区进行研究.采用八爪鱼软件抓取游客评论信息,收集并整理为相关高频词40条,利用rost CM6软件进行语义网络分析、情感态度分析,构建游客情感满意度评价模型,其满意度指标维度评价结果为:安全指数、吸引力指数、特色主题、停车方便程度等处于非常满意和满意;拥挤程度和排队指数处于一般;而餐饮质量和价格、商品质量和价格则不满意,最后提出了芜湖方特旅游区的发展建议.
Theme parks are an emerging form of tourism that effectively breaks through development models in the use of tourism resources.Based on the network semantic analysis method and the Ctrip network platform big data,this paper studied the Wuhu Fangte theme park,the national AAAAA level tourist area.To capture the tourists'comments,the Octopus was used.It collected and sorted out 40 high-frequency words.By using the semantic network and emotional attitude analysis with the help of Rost CM6,the emotional satisfaction evaluation model of tourists was constructed.The evaluation result of satisfaction index dimension was as follows:It was highly praised in safety index,attractiveness index,featured theme,convenient parking level etc.;the crowding degree and queuing index was in the general;while the quality of products,food and its price were not satisfactory.Finally the paper put forward suggestions for future development of Wuhu Fangte tourist area.
