摘要
国家电网公司省级及以上调度单位均已部署了基于Web服务、C/S架构的继电保护统计分析及运行管理系统,为各级调度机构继电保护专业的信息管理及统计分析工作提供了良好的专业工具。但在保护装置的台账维护方面自动化程度仍有待提高,运维人员需到变电站临时记录保护装置信息、返回办公区域登录系统进行二次录入才能完成台账维护。针对该问题介绍了一种基于手持移动终端的继电保护装置台账管理系统App设计方案,不仅能实现同服务器端系统的数据交互,避免二次录入,还能通过装置电子标签识别建立装置与标签的物码关联,实现基于装置电子标签的台账管理,提高了台账管理效率。
State Grid Corporation′s dispatching units above the provincial level have deployed relay protection statistical analysis and operation management systems based on Web services and C/S architecture,providing good professional tools for information management and statistical analysis of relay protection of dispatching institutions at all levels.However,the operation and maintenance personnel cannot directly accomplish the management of relay protection device account in substation.They have to record the data on the spot first and return to the office area to enter the data into the information management system again.The degree of automation in the account maintenance of the protection device still needs to be improved.In response to this problem,a design scheme of an account management system App for the relay protection device based on handheld mobile terminal is introduced.The App can not only achieve data interaction with server-side system and avoid secondary entry,but also establish the device-code association through the electronic tag identification technology to realize the account management based on the electronic tag of the device,improving the efficiency of account management.
