摘要
目的探讨替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗食管癌的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2015年12月我院收治的86例食管癌患者作为研究对象,按照就诊先后顺序将其分成观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43)。对照组患者采用三维适形放疗治疗,观察组患者采用替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状缓解情况、1、3年生存率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的客观缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的吞咽困难、上腔静脉综合征缓解率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的胸背疼痛缓解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者1、3年生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替吉奥联合三维适形放疗治疗食管癌的效果显著,毒副作用少,在临床中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tegio combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 86 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the order of consultation.The control group was treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,while the observation group was treated with Tegio combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The clinical treatment effect,clinical symptom relief,1 and 3-year survival rates and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The objective remission rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dysphagia and superior vena cava syndrome remission rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in chest and back pain remission rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The 1 and 3-year survival rates in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Tegio combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer has significant effect,fewer toxicity and side effects,and has high clinical application value.
