摘要
为加快矿井建设速度、缩短建井周期,保证正常的生产接替和提高矿井产量,经常采用多井口或多头掘进,这就会出现两井间或井田内的长距离巷道贯通测量。贯通工作对测量精度要求高,但由于系统、仪器、人员操作等诸多因素的影响,测量精度存在一定的不确定性。贯通误差超限可能会影响到工作面的后续安装和回采,给煤矿造成巨大的经济损失。现从地面控制测量、井下导线控制测量和贯通后的联系测量三个部分对贯通测量方法进行阐述。根据联测成果和工程允许误差,巷道对掘贯通完全满足限差要求。
In order to speed up the mine construction,shorten the period of mine construction,ensure the normal production replacement and increase the mine output,multiple wellhead or multiple head driving is often used,which will lead to the long-distance tunnel through measurement between two wells or in the mine field.The through work requires high measurement accuracy,but due to the influence of many factors such as system,instrument,personnel operation and so on,the measurement accuracy has certain uncertainty.The transfixion error may affect the subsequent installation and mining of the working face,and cause huge economic losses to the coal mine.This paper expounded the method of through survey from three parts:surface control survey,underground traverse control survey and through connection survey.According to the results of joint measurement and the allowable error of the project,the tunnel penetration fully meets the requirements of tolerance.
