摘要
随着网络技术的发展和消费结构的升级,新零售浪潮已经冲击着中国零售市场高度分散的基本格局。文中将基于"新零售"视角,以阿里集团的盒马鲜生为例,探讨智慧物流在生鲜零售产业中的创新应用,分析物流"智慧化"的主要实现路径,即"四个智能+一个自动化",并从新零售模式与物流调配两个角度分析当前盒马鲜生发展面临的制约因素,提出提升物流配送服务质量、改进仓储模式、加强供应链协同的应对策略,以期对盒马生鲜的进一步发展有借鉴作用。
With the development of network technique and the upgrading of consumption structure,the new retail wave has impacted the basic pattern of highly dispersed retail market in China. Based on the perspective of "new retail",this paper will explore the innovative application of intelligent logistics system in the fresh retail industry and analyze the main realization path of"intelligent"logistics,that is,"four intelligences plus one automation",taking Freshippo as an example. On this basis,the restricting factors in the current development of Freshippo are analyzed from the perspectives of the new retail and logistics system respectively,and coping strategies of improving the quality of logistics distribution,optimizing storage mode and strengthen the synergy of the supply chain are put forward,expecting to provide some reference for the further development of Freshippo.
