摘要
目的:探讨颈舒散热奄包外敷联合中医耳穴压豆对甲状腺术后不适症状的影响。方法:对本院2016年12月-2017年12月接收的108例甲状腺手术患者资料予以探究,随机分成两组,每组54例;对照组单纯予粗盐热奄包外敷治疗,实验组予颈舒散热奄包外敷联合中医耳穴压豆治疗,记录两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、促甲状腺激素(Thyroid Stimulating Hormone,TSH)、血清钙水平,记录术后发热、出血、切口愈合不佳、声音嘶哑人数。结果:实验组与对照组比较,切口愈合不佳率及声音嘶哑率,术后VAS评分优于对照组。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后患者发热率及出血率无明显差异,TSH及血清钙与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺手术患者行颈舒散热奄包外敷联合中医耳穴压豆治疗可取得确切疗效,有效减轻患者疼痛感,促进切口愈合,降低术后声音率,且安全性较高,可被临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of the Jingshusan Reyanbao(颈舒散热奄包)plus auricular point on the discomfort symptoms after thyroid surgery.Methods:108 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by crude salt Reyanbao;the experimental group was treated by external treatment of the Jingshusan Reyanbao plus auricular point.VAS score,TSH,serum calcium levels,the number of postoperative fever,bleeding,poor incision healing and hoarseness were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the rate of poor wound healing and hoarseness,VAS score in the experimental group was better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative fever rate and bleeding rate,TSH and serum calcium between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Jingshusan Reyanbao plus auricular point on the discomfort symptoms after thyroid surgery shows a definite effect,effectively reduce the pain,promote incision healing,reduce the postoperative voice rate,with good safety,should be promoted and applied clinically.
