摘要
目的研究产科术后应用艾灸配合心理护理对预防尿潴留起到的预防作用。方法选取本院2018年1月-2019年2月产科收治的88例产妇,采用随机法分为联合组和常规组,各44例。2组产妇均给予艾灸干预,联合组另辅以心理护理干预。术后2个月开展随访,观察尿潴留发生率、依从性、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、心理健康评分及生活质量评分变化。结果联合组尿潴留发生率2.27%,低于常规组的20.45%,联合组依从性97.73%,高于常规组的72.73%,联合组生活质量评分(91.05±1.22)分,高于常规组的(72.18±1.19)分,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、心理健康评分均低于常规组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组生活质量评分(91.05±1.22)分,高于常规组的(72.18±1.19)分,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科术后应用艾灸配合心理护理对预防尿潴留起到的预防作用显著,可有效改善其负性心理,提高其生活质量,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective To study the preventive effect of moxibustion combined with psychological nursing on prevention of urinary retention after obstetric surgery.Methods Eighty-eight women who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics from January 20 to February 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into a combined group and a regular group,44 cases each.Both groups of women were given moxibustion intervention,and the combined group was supplemented with psychological nursing intervention.Follow-up was performed 2 months after surgery to observe the incidence of urinary retention,compliance,anxiety score,depression score,mental health score and quality of life score.Results The incidence of urinary retention in the combined group was 2.27%,which was lower than that in the conventional group,which was 20.45%.The compliance of the combined group was 97.73%,which was higher than that of the conventional group(72.73%).The combined group quality of life score(91.05±1.22)was higher than the conventional group(72.18±1.19)points,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score,depression score and mental health score of the combined group were lower than the conventional group,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the combined group was(91.05±1.22),which was higher than that of the conventional group(72.18±1.19),and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of moxibustion combined with psychological nursing after obstetrics has a significant preventive effect on preventing urinary retention,which can effectively improve its negative psychology,improve its quality of life,and has high clinical promotion value.
