摘要
当前信息化发展已经覆盖了社会的各个领域,在这种大环境下医院传统的就医财务结算模式已经难以适应需求,越来越不能满足医院财务关于内部控制还有资金结算的需要,而逐渐多的医院财务开始探索结合信息化手段,使得相关管控能够更加高效且人性化,同时也增加整体财务结算的安全性。医院在信息化手段影响下财务结算模式逐渐往数字化方向发展,这是医院提高本身竞争力以及保持可持续发展的必经之路,能够在根本上让患者看病难、看病久的问题得到缓解,而信息化社会推动下医院的支付结算方式也必然不断增加,需要紧跟时代步伐,对财务结算方式进行创新改革,提升服务质量。本文就当前医院信息化基础条件下财务结算模式创新的探索以及实践情况进行总结。
The current informationization development has covered all areas of society.Under such a large environment,the traditional medical medical settlement mode of hospitals has been difficult to adapt to the needs,and it is increasingly unable to meet the needs of hospital finance regarding internal control and fund settlement.And gradually more hospital finance began to explore the combination of information technology,making the relevant management and control more efficient and humane,and also increase the security of the overall financial settlement.Under the influence of information technology,the financial settlement mode of the hospital is gradually developing in the direction of digitization.This is the only way for the hospital to improve its own competitiveness and maintain sustainable development.It can fundamentally make the problem of patients suffering from medical treatment and long-term treatment relieved.The payment and settlement methods of hospitals driven by the information society will inevitably continue to increase.It is necessary to keep up with the pace of the times and carry out innovative reforms on financial settlement methods to improve service quality.This paper summarizes the exploration and practice of the financial settlement model innovation under the current conditions of hospital informationization.
