摘要
随着国家经济的发展及“走出去”政策,我国已经有越来越多的企业参与到国际工程的项目建设中,但是在国际工程项目的建设过程中也有很多的潜在风险。对此,论文主要对国际工程的风险及索赔管理进行分析,希望能够为相关人士提供帮助。
With the development of national economy and"going out"policy,more and more enterprises have been involved in the construction of international projects.However,there are many potential risks in the process of executing the international projects.In this regard,this article mainly focuses on the international project risks and claim management analysis,hoping to provide assistance for the relevant professionals in this perspective.
