IP-10与A型流感病毒感染关系的研究进展

摘要 IP-10(Interferon-inducible protein-10)又名CXCL10,是γ-干扰素所诱导产生的一类可以趋化淋巴细胞的CXC趋化因子亚家族成员。研究发现IP-10表达水平与禽流感病毒感染后肺损伤的严重程度密切相关,在不同亚型流感病毒感染过程中IP-10表达水平也有所不同。文章对IP-10及其受体、IP-10与不同亚型禽流感的关系、IP-10作用的信号通路等进行了综述,并阐述了IP-10与其他疾病的联系,以及对IP-10作为流感治疗靶标进行了展望。 IP-10(interferon-inducible protein-10), also known as CXCL10, is a member of CXC chemokine subfamily that recruits lymphocytes induced by gamma interferon. It is found that the level of IP-10 expression is closely related to the severity of lung injury after avian influenza virus infection, and the level of IP-10 expression is different in different subtypes of influenza virus infection. The review summarized IP-10 and its receptors, the relationship between IP-10 and different subtypes of avian influenza, and the signaling pathway of IP-10, described the relationship between IP-10 and other diseases, and outlooked that IP-10 was used as target in the therapy of influenza.
