摘要
目的分析功能学与形态学检测特点,探讨功能学指标在阴道微生态检测中的临床意义。方法选取3例典型复诊病例,比较分析复诊前后的阴道微生态评价结果。阴道微生态评价中形态学检测采用革兰染色油镜镜检,功能学检测采用AutowoMO全自动生殖道分泌物工作站,包含八项功能学指标。结果3例病例第一次就诊均出现功能学结果与形态学结果不一致的情况,但在复诊中证实了功能学结果的准确性和优势。病例1诊断结果为第1次BV感染,第2次念珠菌感染,第3次恢复正常;病例2诊断结果为第1次菌群失调,第2次滴虫感染,第3次恢复正常;病例3的2次检测结果分别是正常菌群、功能下降和正常菌群。结论在阴道微生态评价中功能学和形态学有着各自的优势,两者互补才能更好地指导临床。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of functional and morphological detection and explore the clinical significance of functional indexes in the detection of vaginal microecology.Methods Three typical cases were selected to compare and analyze the results of vaginal microecological evaluation before and after the follow-up.Morphological detection of vaginal microecology was performed by gram staining oil microscopy,and functional detection was performed by Autowo MO,including 8 functional indicators.Results The functional indexes results were inconsistent with the morphological results in the first visit of the 3 cases,but the accuracy and advantage of the functional results were confirmed in the follow-up visit.Case 1 was diagnosed as BV infection at first time,candida infection the second time,and returned to normal in the third time.Case 2 was diagnosed as bacterial dysbacteriosis the first time,the second time trichomonas infection,and the third time return to normal.Case 3 was diagnosed as normal flora but functional decline at first time,and normal flora the second time.Conclusion Functional indexes and morphology have their own advantages in the evaluation of vaginal microecology.The complementary of the two can better guide the clinical.
